Detailed Job description 1. Assist in performing valuations of companies, financial instruments, and intangible assets using various methodologies (DCF, Comparable Company, Precedent Transactions, etc.) 2. Conduct industry and market research to support valuation assumptions 3. Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and pitch presentations 4. Analyze financial statements and adjust for normalization 5. Support due diligence efforts for ongoing transactions 6. Work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines 7. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all deliverables Place of service (Location) Gurugram Education CA Final dropout MBA (Finance) CFA Level 2 candidate (Level 1 cleared minimum) Years of Experience Fresher ERP experience Preferable Any special skill required (Microsoft Office/ PowerPoint, etc) Must have knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
