Reporting To: AGM-Stores

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end stores operations including material receipt, storage, issue, record maintenance, inventory control, and coordination with production, procurement & logistics to ensure smooth material flow and accurate stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day receipt and issue of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records & perform GRN preparation in SAP system.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and resolve variances.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and preservation as per safety & quality standards.
• Plan and monitor inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
• Coordinate with purchase team for timely material planning and replenishment.
• Ensure dispatch planning & packaging as per customer schedule.
• Maintain store layout, FIFO/FEFO system, and 5S compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation as per Audit & ISO standards.
• Manage inward & outward logistics and follow up with transporters for delivery schedules.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock & consumption reports.
• Implement safety practices and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of store management & inventory control processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP systems.
• Good understanding of material handling equipment (MHE).
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of 5S, FIFO/FEFO & ISO documentation preferred.
• Excellent communication & coordination skills.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Any Graduate

Preferred Industry Background

• Manufacturing / Engineering / Fire Protection Equipment / Industrial Products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
