Job Summary Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products that suit their needs. Provide expert product knowledge, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions. Assist customers in product selection, demonstrating key features, handling queries, and successfully closing sales. Store Operations & Transactions Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges. Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store by restocking shelves and arranging product displays. Ensure a clean and welcoming shopping environment that enhances the customer experience. Collaboration & Sales Growth Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on current promotions, upcoming events, and new product launches. Actively participate in training and development programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
