Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive - Store Sales, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Executive - Store Sales will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right furniture and decor solutions. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer service, managing sales, maintaining the store's organization, and supporting in-store training activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Organization Skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions and support staff development
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the retail or furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
