Job Summary:

The Production Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to the packing and processing of water-soluble fertilizers. This role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience

4-6 years of relevant experience in fertilizer/agrochemical manufacturing / FMCG or a similar production environment.

Key Skills -

• Strong knowledge of fertilizer packaging processes, especially water-soluble types.
• Familiarity with packaging machinery (e.g., weighing, filling, sealing, and labeling machines).
• Basic understanding of quality control parameters and production KPIs.
• Excellent team coordination and time management.
• Knowledge of GMP & Proficiency in MS Office

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution:

• Supervise and coordinate packing line operations for water-soluble fertilizers.
• Ensure timely execution of daily/weekly/monthly production schedules.
• Monitor raw material & Packing material availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
• Optimize machine utilization and minimize downtime.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that products are packed as per standard quality parameters (weight, labeling, sealing, etc.).
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department to handle in-process and finished product inspections.
• Report and help resolve non-conformities or deviations.

Inventory & Documentation:

• Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and inventory logs.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for dispatch and storage.
• Assist in audits and documentation related to ISO, FCO (Fertilizer Control Order), etc.
