Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring production across 25 contract manufacturing sites in Gujarat state
2. Resolve day to day production issues by coordinating with Head office team
3. Ensure availability of material receipt data, stock statements, production planning schedules from CMOs
4. Audit any new CMO before commercial production
5. Analyse production and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential issues
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
7. Support regulatory team from HO for their requirements from CMO sites
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in handling contract manufacturing sites; shopfloor experience would be an added advantage.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
