Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end order processing, billing activities & customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

Order management

• Creating new customers into master data as per companys policy and verifying supporting documents.
• Processing customer orders received via BKT-One system or received by any other channels.
• Validate orders qty, pricing, product availability, and applicable terms before confirming the orders.
• Ensure successful & accurate creation of orders into ERP/system
• Send order confirmations and dispatch schedules to customers.
• Coordinate production planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to align delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, acknowledgments, dispatches, and supporting documents. Assist in compliance with statutory requirements and audit queries.

Invoicing/billing/payment

• Generate customer invoices accurately and on time and send them to manager for review before sending them to customer and sales team.
• Record incoming payments (bank transfers) against invoices raised to customers.
• Ensure accounting entries are accurately posted into ERP
• Perform periodic customer account reconciliations.

Customer queries

• Respond promptly to distributors/dealers queries regarding order, delivery, documentation, payments or any other support etc.
• Ensure ticket SLA is maintained and queries are resolved within given timeframe.

Location: BKT Corporate Office, Lower Parel, Mumbai

(6 Days Working - Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm & All Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm)
