Job Title:

We are looking for a dedicated Credit and Collections Specialist to manage and optimize the credit and collections process for our accounts receivable. This role focuses on reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), improving cash flow, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining compliance with internal policies and SLAs. Key Responsibilities:

• Credit and Collections Management: Manage a portfolio of global customers, ensuring timely payment of invoices and minimizing DSO.
• Debt Recovery: Follow up with customers on overdue payments, including high-value or complex accounts.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Escalation Management: Handle escalated credit and collections cases and collaborate with senior management on complex cases.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as DSO, collection efficiency, and dispute resolution, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline the collections process and optimize cash flow.
• SOX Compliance: Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations and maintain accurate records for audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC/Credit & Collections in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, receivables, and collections processes.
• Excellent communication and Excel knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
