Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Closely interfaces with all the Categories (i.e. Non Medical, Para Medical, Nursing & Medical) Department Managers on organizational Training.
  • Develops, implement training polices and plans to meet employee training in the most effective way.
  • Monitors employee training and ensure timely manpower supply to the organization.
  • Works continuously with the all the departments to understand their employee training.
  • Maintains a complete range of database of training candidates.
  • Prepares monthly reports as requested.
  • Keeps updated on latest trends and concepts in talent acquisition and retaining employees.
