Executive / Senior Executive - HRBP

As an Executive/Senior Executive in the People & Culture (P&C) team, your role will involve driving key HR initiatives, partnering with business teams, and supporting strategic HR operations. You should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and demonstrated experience in an HRBP role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Administration: Maintain the human resources information system to track and manage all HR-related data like employee contracts, non-disclosure agreements, compensation, personal data, etc. - Onboarding: Conduct induction/orientation for new employees, handle verification, documentation, and related processes. - Employee Relations: Act as an HRBP to foster a positive work environment, address issues, and provide guidance. - Employee Engagement: Plan engagement initiatives, collaborate with managers to retain, develop, and motivate employees. - Offboarding: Develop processes to enhance employee potential and retention, conduct exit interviews, analysis, and reporting. **Qualifications Required:** - Post-Graduation in Human Resources or a related field. - Previous experience in HRBP or HR Operations. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making. - Familiarity with HR processes. - Proactive, energetic, and passionate about driving business performance through employee engagement.,
