Executive/ Senior Exe- International Assignments

You will be responsible for: - Managing and supervising the execution of external audit engagements of various clients, including large and medium scale multi-location assignments - Aiding in the identification of business development opportunities and expanding the client base by identifying and growing the current client portfolio - Prioritizing work on multiple assignments and managing ambiguity effectively - Understanding the Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures - Leading and motivating a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality work - Assisting with the career development of team members and collaborating with other managers to deploy the audit staff effectively - Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with clients, adapting to different work environments at various client locations - Meeting challenging client requirements and providing exceptional service - Being willing and able to travel as needed - Having hands-on experience in supporting international audit engagements in collaboration with global teams - Working effectively with shared service centers and in complex multi-location business environments - Demonstrating strong coordination skills for working with international teams across different time zones Qualifications required: - Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is preferred - Previous experience in external audit engagements, preferably in a managerial role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Please note that the above details are based on the job description provided.,
