Executive Secretary to Function Head

We invite applications for the role of Executive Secretary to Function Head.

Responsibilities:

As the Executive Secretary to Function Head you will be:

• Providing administrative support by performing routine administrative and executive functions
• Reviewing and prioritizing incoming correspondences, mails and other communication and determining actions required for follow-ups
• Maintaining all files and information in readily retrievable / usable form
• Drafting, preparing, distributing, and following up with various correspondence
• Managing the travel logistics (including travel itineraries, accommodation, visa processing & raising expense reports)
• Rendering necessary assistance in meetings
• Managing the calendar and mails and setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences
• Providing a courteous and efficient interface to callers and visitors to the office

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Hindi is a must
• Effective oral and written communication skills including active listening and accurate reading comprehension
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with various functions and foster teamwork
• Skills in record keeping
• Ability to maintain high confidentiality
