Executive Secretary

Looking for a Secretary, who will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman/Vice Chairman/ Managing Director, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication.

The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job location: Trivandrum, Kerala, India

Few of the expected outcomes are:
-Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and MD.

-Maintain confidentiality.
-Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations and itinerary planning.-Prepare agendas, minutes and reports for board meetings and executive discussions.-Handle confidential correspondence, reports and documents with discretion.-Act as a bridge between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.-Draft and review emails, letters, reports and official communications.-Maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, government authorities, and business partners.-Ensure timely follow-ups on decisions and commitments made by senior management.

Prior work experience in such a position would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
