Role Overview: As an Executive Secretary, your main responsibility will be to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, ensuring efficient office operations and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. - Handle confidential documents and information with discretion. - Coordinate meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items. - Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in executive support. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Office and calendar management. - Strong discretion, professionalism, and time management skills. Please Note: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
