We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Secretary to support our senior leadership team and ensure seamless administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Take accurate minutes of meetings and follow up on action items. Screen and route incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of executives. Conduct basic research and compile data for executive use. Perform general administrative tasks and manage office supplies and logistics. Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
