Job Description

Cordination with the CWH and CFA staff, packers for the run daily operations smoothly
Timely Process of orders and dispatches which will helps us increase in Primary Business.
Coordinating with All India CSA & CFA for smooth functioning of day to day activity.
Coordinating CWH for receipt & dispatches of stocks Sample, Promotional and Sales Stocks.
Ensuring Stocks are moved in time and it is Reaching to the respective locations (CSA / CFA /stockists
Sales Return Credit Notes Saleable & Non Saleable to be processed in the same month of receipt
Checking of stocks availability and providing stock status on weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis to sales and marketing teams.
Checking of Price master updation & batch master updation.
Ensure GRNs are processed timely and purchase returns are done timely
Visit to CWH / CFA's once in a month for stock audit
Checking and making follow ups for dispatches of invoiced stocks to stockiest and updation of LR's in system
Checking the bills of CFA commissions, expenses and transporters bills and submitting to finance.
