Executive - SCM/ Logistics-IN-SHS

Role & responsibilities

Manage transportation operations to ensure timely, accurate, and damage-free delivery of service spare parts. Key success metrics include perfect order rate, transportation performance, and minimization of shipment errors and damages. Areas of Responsibilties: 1. Transportation & Warehouse Operations
• Oversee domestic transportation and warehouse operations in compliance with SHS CS QR/ARTD guidelines and local regulations.• Ensure adherence to 5S principles in warehouse management.• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including GR/GI for tools.• Coordinate material movement across spare part storage locations.• Maintain stock accuracy and conduct regular stocktaking with corrective actions. 2. Inventory & Stock Management• Perform PI analysis and inventory adjustments.• Collaborate with 3PL partners to meet global CS ML storage and handling standards.• Monitor spare parts availability and communicate stock status to stakeholders.• Maintain MIS trackers for ordered and returned spares/tools. 3. Tool & Equipment Handling• Manage PM tools movement within and outside the region.• 4. Documentation & Compliance• Prepare and manage shipment documentation for onward and return movements.• Administer customs clearance for import/export of spare parts.• Support SAP/EDI integration with CS ML Germany transportation providers.• Address warehouse queries related to pending inward cases. 5. Stakeholder Coordination• Respond promptly to internal and external stakeholders.• Coordinate with CSEs, vendors, and service partners for pickups and deliveries.• Request spares on behalf of service partners via SOM tool.• Validate and forward vendor freight bills for GRN/IR processing
