Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves

identifying prospective clients, managing property inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the drive

to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and approach potential clients for residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and on-site visits.
  • Negotiate deals and ensure timely closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.

Marketing Support

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns to promote property listings and new projects.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to manage online listings, advertisements, and

promotional events.

  • Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Record and update client interactions and deal progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide post-sales support and build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat

business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or hospitality, investment banking, luxury sales, etc.
  • Good understanding of property markets and customer preferences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
