About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated professionals with prior experience in the pharmaceutical/ health care process domain (In International BPO). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, a strong understanding of pharmaceutical practices, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver accurate solutions to client concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns related to pharmaceutical processes with accuracy and empathy.
Provide appropriate solutions and professional advice to clients in line with industry standards.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain process quality and compliance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
