Executive - Sales Support

As an Executive - Sales Support at GoKhana, your role involves creating visually engaging PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals, and internal meetings. You will be responsible for translating technical or strategic content into clear and compelling visual slides. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring consistency in formatting, style, branding, and message alignment. Collaboration with the sales and business development team to understand the messaging and tailor decks accordingly is essential. Additionally, you will maintain and update the central repository of sales templates and pitch decks, assist in formatting Excel charts, graphs, and dashboards when required, and support quick-turnaround requests and revisions with speed and accuracy. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Design, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields preferred), along with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (internships/freelance work acceptable). You should have strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with the MS Office Suite. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus. Excellent visual storytelling, layout, and formatting skills, good command of written English and business communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines are also prerequisites.
