Job Summary:

Seeking a proactive Sales Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Identify and address client needs, providing tailored property solutions.​
• Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property tours for prospective buyers or tenants.​
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.​
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends to guide clients effectively.​
• Documentation: Assist in drafting offers and managing necessary paperwork.​

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.​
• Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.​
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

Salary not a constraint for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
