Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner Support: Assist partners with daily operational queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor partner sales, track revenue, and maintain accurate records of performance metrics.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager to implement campaigns, promotional activities, and partnership initiatives.
  • Data Management: Maintain CRM and internal reporting systems with up-to-date partner and sales information.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on partner activities, sales trends, and operational status.
  • Operational Assistance: Support partner onboarding, product trainings, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Market research: Support partnership team in market research, trending fintech topics.

The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in partnership operations, sales coordination, or business support preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
  • Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, market trends, and customer data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of personal loans, lending ecosystems, and financial products.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
