Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound/inbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct product/service presentations to prospective B2B clients
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities on CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B sales / Inside Sales / Telesales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and cold emailing
  • Good negotiation and closing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
