Executive – Sales & Business Development – 2PE+Blend

Qualification : BE/B Tech – Chemical/ B.Sc. – Chemistry for Fresher only, Any Graduate with Chemical industry experience

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience.

Must-Haves:

• Assisting the sales team in managing meetings/calendars and the distribution of sales documents.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients as per the guidance of the sales head.
• Processing and follow-ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches, and payments on a daily basis.
• Handling export shipments.
• Sending export samples and tracking them until they reach the clients.
• Coordinating with clients until they receive export shipments.
• Coordinating and liaising between other departments, transporters, and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs in time restraints.
• Managing issues with clients and providing customer support.
• Managing CRM and reports for the department progress.

Want Have:

• Preparing Sales CRM/MIS, Client orders/follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor/client data, Export & Import data.
• Assisting in the compilation of Sales data.
