Job Title: Executive - Sales & Business Development Work Location: Bangalore Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3 - 5years Department: Business Development Role Overview: As Executive - Sales & Business Development, you will play a critical role in managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. You will leverage your industry connections, network, and sales expertise to promote our mobile applications to both businesses and consumers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive - Sales & Business Development to support our Business Development Manager in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and executing key initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Client Acquisition: Assist the BD Manager in executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Identify and prospect potential clients through market research and outreach. Maintain and update the client database for lead generation. Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and pitches. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and client interactions. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities, with a focus on the impact space and mental health sectors. Provide regular market insights to support the development of new products and services. Sales Operations and Reporting: Collaborate with the BD Manager to track and analyse sales performance metrics. Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and ongoing sales activities. Event Participation: Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the brand. Assist in the coordination of promotional events and campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Proficient in CRM tools and sales software. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience in impact space or mental health is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
