Job Description

Manage the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and revenue optimization
Review and analyze revenue cycle performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement revenue cycle policies and procedures to maximize revenue and minimize denials
Work with insurance companies to resolve claim denials and ensure timely payment
Monitor and report on revenue cycle performance to senior management
Ensure compliance with all billing and reimbursement regulations and guidelines
Manage and train revenue cycle staff, including billing and coding professionals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
