Role Overview: As a Fundraising Executive at HelpAge India, your primary role will involve developing and executing fundraising strategies targeting schools, individuals, corporates, and trusts, with a specific focus on the SAVE program. This target-driven position will require field travel, donor engagement, and event management to achieve acquisition and retention goals while aligning with HelpAge India's mission. Key Responsibilities: - Build and nurture relationships with school principals, corporates, and individual donors to secure renewals and upgrades. - Develop fundraising strategies tailored to diverse donor segments, with a particular emphasis on promoting the SAVE program within schools. - Conduct research to identify and generate leads for potential corporate partnerships and local fundraising opportunities. - Maintain and update the donor database to ensure effective engagement and reporting. - Advocate for and promote digital fundraising tools among school audiences. - Provide support for donor visits, corporate meetings, and various events such as quizzes and competitions. - Gather donor feedback, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for management. - Expand the donor network and foster collaboration with other departments within the organization. Qualifications Required: - Graduation, preferably with a management diploma or degree. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising or donor relations; sales/marketing experience would be a bonus. - Freshers with a strong passion for elderly care are encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. - Proficiency in MS Office is required, along with strong presentation and public speaking abilities. - Exposure to social marketing and a deep commitment to HelpAge's mission are highly valued.,
