Executive - Record To Report (On Direct Contract)

Job Profile:

As a key member of our finance team, you will manage financial statements, coordinate audits, and ensure compliance for assigned entities. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, driving internal controls, and supporting management with timely reporting all while collaborating closely across teams.

Work Mode : In Office

Work Location : Bengaluru (Bannerghatta Road)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process detailed financial statements for assigned entities
• Coordinate financial audits with the internal and external stake holders for assigned entities
• Data entry tasks for assigned entity and area of accounting with both Indian and local laws
• Establish internal control systems to prevent inaccuracies in financial statements and co-ordinate with Internal audit teams
• Help in development of reports for management or regulatory bodies
• Reconcile accounts monthly/quarterly and report MIS along with detailed variances
• Assist with the processing and submission of invoices for day-to-day activities
• Compliance with regulatory and in-house standards and best practices
• Review the companys accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances

Skills and Expertise Required:

• 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in Finance Controllership and Bookkeeping teams
• Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulations
• Ability to break down complex ideas and issues and communicate in simple terms to different levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Oracle preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• IPO stage / Late-stage Start-up experience would be preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
