Job Description

Greet visitors and clients, managing appointments, preparing meeting and training rooms, answering phone calls, executing various administrative duties and performing various other administrative duties on ad-hoc basis. Responsibilities: Reception Duties : Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures. Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or meeting rooms. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed. Appointment Management: Manage and schedule appointments for meetings and client visits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars. Meeting and Training Room Preparation: Prepare meeting and training rooms for scheduled events, ensuring they are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary materials. Arrange for refreshments and catering as required. Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Assist with the preparation of documents and presentations. Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
