Job Description

Raychem RPG Private Limited. is looking for Executive - QA to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Strategic Quality Planning: Developing and executing a strategic quality plan that aligns with the organization's objectives and quality goals
Quality Leadership: Providing leadership and direction to the quality assurance and quality control teams, often including Quality Managers and other quality professionals
Quality Standards and Policies: Establishing and enforcing quality standards, procedures, and policies to ensure that products or services meet or exceed customer expectations
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements, quality enhancements, and operational efficiency, and implementing appropriate methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that the organization complies with industry-specific regulations, standards, and quality certifications, and managing audits and inspections
Risk Assessment: Conducting risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and developing strategies to mitigate risks
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and components used in the organization's products or services
Root Cause Analysis: Investigating quality issues or defects to identify the root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Data Analysis: Using data and quality metrics to monitor and improve quality and performance
This may involve statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven decision-making
