Job Title: Executive – Purchase

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, and other auxiliary items.
• Obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per production requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure supply continuity and quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Quality, Stores, and Accounts for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory and company policies.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good knowledge of raw and packaging materials used in pharmaceutical formulations

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates residing near Kadi, Kalol, Gandhinagar, or Mehsana will be given preference

• Understanding of procurement processes and vendor management
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Detail-oriented and organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
