Role & responsibilities

• To arrange daily TBT at the site and send photos, To update daily work permit signed, To update daily work progress on WhatsApp, To provide a weekly progress report to the client.
• To provide Indent requirement and site attendance to JEF Bangalore Office, to prepare a hand sketch drawing for developing As Built with Zero tolerance, to ensure that the supplied quantity is as per DC, and report if any short supply within 2 Days of material receipt.
• To carry out an audit of the site activity as per compliance and avoid rework.
• To coordinate, conduct safety awareness and educate the CLPS installation job to SUBC team
• To ensure work completion with a zero accident policy.
• To conduct testing after installation before client signature.
• To submit all closing documents to the client and obtain their signature.
• To complete material reconciliation with client signature. Arrange to send the unused material back to JEF, Hosur.
• To ensure the receipt of site documentation, including site acknowledgment of all the bills/ drawings/ TCs submitted to the client.
• To ensure that the signed documents are submitted to OPS HO within a week.
• Ready to move to any site throughout India on an immediate basis

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.

Proficiency in interpreting electrical plans and schematics.

Familiarity with electrical safety standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Language proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi must.
