Job Description

As a candidate for the position, your role overview will include managing the production activities efficiently and ensuring adherence to standard work instructions and specifications. You will be responsible for organizing and scheduling shop floor activities, troubleshooting operational issues, and overseeing the implementation of quality, environmental, health, and safety management systems. Your key responsibilities will involve: - DCS / PLC knowledge is essential for efficient operations. - Organizing and scheduling shop floor activities based on production plan and delivery schedule. - Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks. - Implementing and maintaining QMS, EMS, OHSAS, and inventory management systems effectively. - Managing logistics, shipping, receiving, and distribution processes with a focus on process improvement and issue resolution. - Coordinating with various supporting departments for smooth plant operations. - Developing standing operating procedures and work instructions for the department. - Taking proactive measures to prevent non-conformities related to product, process, quality, environment, and health & safety. - Providing training to subordinates based on identified needs. - Overseeing the operation and maintenance of equipment in the production department. - Calculating raw material consumption coefficient and yield to optimize production processes.
