Executive Process and Audit

As a Junior Internal Auditor at Clarion Technologies, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in planning and conducting internal audits of financial, operational, and departmental processes. - Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and identifying areas for improvement. - Preparing audit reports with findings and recommendations. - Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - Supporting the development and implementation of audit programs and procedures. - Participating in special projects and investigations as needed. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in internal auditing. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in any stream. - Minimum of one year of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or a related area. - Basic understanding of auditing principles and practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - High attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in the IT industry. - Familiarity with auditing software and tools. - Professional certifications such as CMMI Associate or ISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor will be an added advantage.
