Enquiry entry in CRM & addressal Planned visits to customers for sales meetings Building relationships with customers Understanding the RFQ and gathering inputs from the customer RFQ tracking, follow-up until closure, and RFQ status reporting Coordinating with the CFT team to check RFQ feasibility and product mapping Preparing techno-commercial proposals to meet RFQ requirements Coordinating with internal teams for product demonstrations Preparing sales presentations and delivering them to customers Negotiating with customers for order closures Preparing URS and anchoring project kick-off meetings with the CFT team Following up on payments and ensuring collection as per agreed timelines Providing timely updates to customers on project progress Coordinating customer FAT and dispatch clearance Coordinating with internal teams for machine installation and support Candidate Profile: Any degree with proficiency in English (multi-lingual preferred) 12 years of experience in selling industrial products preferred (freshers can be trained) Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage Good understanding of negotiating techniques and sales tactics Fast learner with a passion for sales Self-motivated and result-oriented Strong presentation skills Willing to travel and meet customers regularly Good at understanding customer needs and pitching accordingly Disciplined and systematic approach to work
