Position Overview
Client Solutions Executive will be responsible for providing presales support to client and sales team based in Americas. This will include engaging with the clients and sales team to consult them on market research solutions. The individual will be responsible for all activities from receipt of request to closure of project.
Job Responsibilities:
Consulting global clients on their market research requirement
Engaging with clients in North America to consult them on market research solutions
Feasibility assessment, evaluation and requirement analysis
Provide consultative input to the Sales team on matching clients requirements
Knowledge transfer to project team at the time of project closure
Work on Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI)
Developing marketing collateral and case studies
Prepare MIS for proposals, collateral and case studies
Willingness to work in 6 PM to 3 AM IST Shift Experience,
Qualifications and Preferences:
Minimum Qualification MBA (Marketing)
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Should have good analyzing and presenting skills
Good Multi-tasking skills
Self-starter and detail-oriented
Ability to take end to end ownership of assigned tasks
