You will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling services to potential clients using solid arguments. You will need to perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential clients to meet their requirements. Developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships will be a key part of your role. Cold calling to reach out to customer leads and expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction will be crucial. Meeting agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule, coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments, staying updated on best practices and promotional trends, and continuously improving through feedback are essential responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include being a graduate with good communication skills, convincing power, and presentation skills. Preferred experience in the Real Estate sector.
