Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Personal Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Executive Personal Assistant will manage day-to-day responsibilities such as providing personal and administrative support to executives, managing diaries and scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization. The role requires high levels of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to executives
• Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management to coordinate schedules and liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Clerical Skills to handle documentation, correspondence, and organizational tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience in similar roles is a plus
