Executive Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities1. Driving & Travel Assistance

• Safely drive the CEO to meetings, site visits, events, and personal engagements.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and basic upkeep.
• Plan routes and ensure punctual travel schedules.
• Accompany during all business and branding travels.

2. Media & Branding Support

• Shoot high-quality photos and videos during site visits, events, and CEO activities.
• Edit videos and create short-form content suitable for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage social media postings, reels, captions, and engagement under CEO’s brand.
• Coordinate with marketing/design team when required.

3. Administrative & Personal Assistance

• Take notes during CEO’s meetings, discussions, and site visits.
• Maintain records, reminders, and schedules.
• Assist with documentation, email drafting, and follow-ups.
• Handle quick research and prepare updates for the CEO.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must have a valid driving license and safe driving record.
• Basic to intermediate video shooting & editing skills (mobile + camera).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Strong communication & note-taking ability.
• Good time management and multitasking.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
