As a HR Analyst at Reckitt's Shared Services Centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the HR landscape through data-driven insights and analytics. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in supporting informed decision-making and driving innovation in HR strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Review timesheets and attendance records, correcting any inaccuracies. - Resolve employee queries and seek guidance from Team Leader for complex issues. - Ensure compliance with regulations and policies. - Process benefit costs such as insurance fees and sick leaves. - Accurately and promptly handle new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, and full and final settlements. - Manage data maintenance and administration for HR systems in collaboration with HR analysts and onboarding team. - Stay updated on local employment laws to ensure full compliance with regulations. - Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a three/four-year college or university. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Strong communication, analytical, computer, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
