Executive Partner (EP)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee complex calendars, inboxes, travel, and priorities with discretion and accuracy
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively provide solutions
• Lead and coordinate special projects from planning through execution
• Act as a trusted liaison with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Enable informed decision-making through research, analysis, and preparation
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and communication
  

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in an executive support role (EA, Chief of Staff, or similar capacity preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills — clear, confident, and discreet (both verbal and written)
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, quick to learn new tools
• Available full-time during U.S. business hours (40 hrs/week)
  

Technical Requirements:

• Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download and upload speed)
• Personal PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
