Job Summary:

This role sits at the intersection of procurement, outsourcing, and finance, so it needs someone who s already comfortable juggling different operational pieces. The work mostly revolves around planning raw materials, keeping store activities in order, staying on top of vendor outsourcing processes, and making sure all commercial and accounting records stay accurate. Someone with a strong finance background and hands-on experience with SAP (especially MIGO & FICO) will feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan raw material requirements and handle day-to-day store operations.


• Coordinate with outsourcing vendors, follow up on timelines, and ensure all documents and movements are tracked properly.


• Verify outsourcing bills, challans, and any other commercial paperwork before approval.


• Keep an eye on important finance and plant-related accounting metrics, making sure nothing slips through.


• Work closely with external auditors by preparing documents, clarifying data, and supporting their audit process.


• Prepare monthly MIS reports mostly the practical ones that help operations and finance teams take decisions.


• Manage SAP-related activities and collaborate with different internal functions when data needs updating or troubleshooting.

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 10 years of experience, preferably in a finance-oriented operational role.


• Strong finance background, with solid understanding of accounting practices.


• Experience in material procurement planning and store/warehouse activities.


• Well-versed in vendor outsourcing processes and commercial compliance requirements.


• Comfortable handling commercial bill processing and related documentation.


• Able to generate and interpret different types of MIS reports.


• Proficient in SAP (MIGO & FICO modules).
