Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Managed Services Procurement Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 13 years of experience in vendor management or IT procurement, preferably in the IT managed services industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Participate in vendor selection processes, including issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluating proposals.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions, such as pricing and SLAs, and monitor contract performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact, conducting regular alignment with vendors to review performance, discuss improvements, and address concerns.
Monitor vendor performance against KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and achieve cost savings.
Identify and highlight risks associated with vendor relationships, such as quality issues or contractual non-compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align vendor activities with business objectives and priorities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and contract management expertise are essential.
An analytical mindset is needed to assess supplier performance, trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Familiarity with procurement software and tools, such as Ariba or Fieldglass, is desirable.
Knowledge of IT Services Business Requirements and ITIL is a plus.
