Executive – Operations

We're a young startup, which means things are chaotic but in the best way. There s no rigid hierarchy or fixed roles here (yet). we're a small team doing a bit of everything, and we're looking for someone who can jump in, roll up their sleeves, and grow with us.

you'll get to work on things like:

• Talking to our members and supporting them through the process
• Helping with marketing and sales
• Managing data and daily operations
• Planning events and creating buzz on social media
• We want someone who can add their own spark to everything they do and help the team learn and grow along the way.

What You Bring:

• you've got a college degree.
• you're curious and love learning new things (you'll learn a lot here).
• You figure things out instead of getting stuck on problems.
• you're warm, friendly, and good at making people feel comfortable.
• you're comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.
• You can write really we'll this one s super important since you'll be doing a lot of it.
• you're ready to work hard this isn t a 9-to-5 job, and weekends might often need your attention.

• If you're open-minded, eager, and don t shy away from getting things done, we think you'll fit right in.
