Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Market Penetration:

  • Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, targeting key industry segments such as OEM, automobiles, white goods, electrical, cycle manufacturing, and distributors.
  • Lead efforts in increasing the company's share in the stainless steel market by building relationships with OEMs, traders, and distributors.
  • Drive proactive sales efforts in targeted industries, including automobiles, electrical, white goods, and cycle manufacturing.
  • Account Management & Vendor Development:

  • Identify key accounts and develop long-term relationships to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
  • Lead the vendor development process, ensuring the timely procurement and supply of stainless steel products.
  • Technical Sales Support:

  • Analyze customer requirements, provide technical guidance, and offer solutions to meet their needs in the steel industry.
  • Offer commercial negotiations to finalize orders, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide clients with tailored solutions and product specifications.
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop strategic business plans to drive profitable growth within the stainless steel industry.
  • Take full responsibility for the sales process, from prospecting to order closure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Display leadership in managing sales and operations functions, including logistics, inventory control, and vendor management.
  • Market Analysis & Competitor Insights:

  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities, risks, and trends within the steel and related industries.
  • Regularly assess competitor offerings and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Expos and Trade Shows:

  • Represent the company at industry expos and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop promotional materials and deliver presentations to potential clients at industry events.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives to drive sales and operations.
  • Mentor and train team members to ensure effective sales processes and high levels of team performance.
  • Logistics & Cost Management:

  • Implement sales strategies to control logistics costs while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure availability of products while minimizing excess stock.
