Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for the position of Executive Neighborhood Marketing. The responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing strategies at local and community levels to promote hospital services and build brand awareness. The role involves conducting market research to identify opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, engaging prospective clients and patients, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The role may also require collaboration with interdepartmental teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop targeted strategies
• Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, with expertise in creating impactful campaigns to drive business growth
• Ability to generate reports and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and prior on-ground marketing experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
