Job Description

Digital Transformation Implementation : Support the hospital in adopting and integrating digital technologies across various departmentsensuring alignment with healthcare quality standards. Compliance with JCI & NABH : Ensure all digital toolsplatformsand solutions are in compliance with JCI and NABH accreditation standards. Training & Support : Develop and conduct training programs for staff to ensure successful adoption of digital tools and systemsfostering a culture of innovation. Change Management : Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions for hospital staff as they adapt to new technologies and digital workflows. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify areas for digital improvement that support operational efficiency and patient care excellence. Monitoring & Reporting : Track the progress of digital adoption initiativespreparing regular reports for management and stakeholders on adoption metricschallengesand outcomes. Collaboration : Work closely with ITclinicaland administrative teams to ensure that digital solutions meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
