EXECUTIVE N - MATERIALS

You will be responsible for performing physical material inwarding through EWM (SAP) in accordance with Asian Paints Quality System. This includes coordinating with Purchase, Planning & Security teams to ensure all systemic requirements are met before unloading materials. Additionally, you will be ensuring material availability in designated storage locations and coordinating with Engineering and IT teams for resolution of breakdowns related to production support. Coordinating with the Central Distribution team to plan truck schedules aligned with orders, generating pick lists of SKUs based on the dispatch plan, and executing deliveries to service materials to depots as per agreed service levels will also be part of your role. You will manage a team of technical members, schedule shifts, resolve grievances, and develop team members. Your responsibilities will also include managing and optimizing contractual manpower, maintaining asset care and 5S standards in the work area, ensuring accurate stock management, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to analyze causes of Material Variance. Identifying hazards, performing risk assessments, and implementing action plans to reduce hazards will be crucial for Safety, Health & Environment compliance. You will contribute to process improvement initiatives through ideation sessions, Kaizen, and cost-benefit analysis. Preparation of operational reports, handling exceptions as per Asian Paints Quality System, and following hierarchy directives will also be part of your responsibilities.,
