As a Sales & Marketing Support Executive at our company, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Assist the sales team by generating and sharing accurate dealer level sales reports as per requirement - Assist dealers by preparing and sharing relevant sales reports, credit notes, debit notes, and scheme-related communication within defined timelines - Provide timely services to dealers by ensuring availability of sales aids like shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kit - Support Unit level initiatives, activations, and new dealer account opening with logistics and operational assistance - Help the sales workforce in gift settlements as per scheme closures on the system - Coordinate with the HR department for employee life cycle activities such as joining, transfers, and separations In addition to the key responsibilities, you will also be involved in: - Identifying opportunities and working towards optimizing processes to reduce time and costs - Reviewing and monitoring overhead budgets against actual spend on a monthly basis and reporting any observations - Coordinating with vendors for outstanding amount closure and quarterly balance confirmation within defined timelines - Ensuring safety and statutory compliance for offices and warehouses - Maintaining and displaying all statutory records as applicable in the premises - Updating compliances in the statutory portal (GRC) as per the due dates - Conducting safety mock drills in warehouse and office premises periodically and submitting findings for process improvement Join us in our mission to excel in Sales & Marketing support while ensuring compliance and process efficiency.,
