Key Responsibilities: Perform real-time customer identification via reviewing KYC documents on Video calls. Demonstrate the highest standards of customer service while ensuring that customers are comfortable through the verification process. Prevent and decline unauthorized, fraudulent, and impersonation attempts. Adhere to SOPs and Service quality standards. Identify and Report process improvement suggestions. Skills Required: Non-Tech Graduate Freshers with good communication/Writing skills Tech Graduates with blended process customer service experience of 12 months and above Undergraduates with a minimum of 18 months of experience with good communication/ writing skills. Mandatory Languages - English and Hindi Executive should be flexible to work in 6 working days. Flexible to work with rotational shifts and rotation week offs. Customer Service experience in voice / VKYC
